A Dallas native, Richard brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to construction shaped by a background in engineering, leadership, and hands-on building. A former high school and collegiate athlete, Mechanical Engineer, and U.S. Marine Corps Officer, he was formally trained to solve complex problems, manage programs, and execute projects with precision.

Throughout his career, Richard has applied a systematic, goal-oriented mindset to every project he leads. Paired with years of remodeling and rehabilitation experience, this foundation allows him to approach construction with balance, efficiency, and a forward-thinking perspective—delivering solutions that are both structurally sound and thoughtfully designed.

With a career rooted in hands-on experience, I started in the construction industry as an electrician and grew into an electrical contractor overseeing residential and commercial projects. This progression naturally led to my transition into General Contracting, where I leverage deep trade knowledge, strong project management skills, and a collaborative leadership style.
